Check in is after 2pm and check out is by 11am on day of departure, however we appreciate that you may need to store your luggage so you are welcome to do so.

A deposit equivalent to one nights accommodation is required at time of booking and is non refundable. The balance of your stay will be payable on arrival

If a booking is cancelled up to 14 days before arrival the cost of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in the case of a no show the total cost of the reservation will be charged if the accommodation cannot be re-let. Every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation.

We appreciate that from time to time events happen that cannot be foreseen. For this reason we strongly recommend that when making a reservation, holiday insurance is taken out to cover those unexpected incidents.

Would all guests please note that Beaches is a non smoking establishment.  The very latest smoke alarms are fitted in all rooms and guest areas. However, guests can, if they wish, smoke outside on our patio area.
